clipboard_button.vue does not seem to work properly with any vue modal

I've only been able to see this locally, but when using the clipboard_button.vue with any vue modal, both gitlab-ui's or the one in the shared folder, the button does not work https://gitlab.slack.com/?redir=%2Farchives%2FC0GQHHPGW%2Fp1547564203233400
