Export as CSV for Group Issues View
Problem to solve
Being able to export a list of issues when viewing issues from a Group level when dealing with multiple projects with issues.

We have individuals that want to be able to review issues and crunch data using spreadsheets. Export as CSV exists per project but not from a group level, when you have multiple projects that roll up.
