Geo HA docs do not mention FDW
The Geo HA documentation does not mention FDW. We need to improve to documentation with the correct steps to get FDW enabled in an HA configuration. It would be useful to have documentation for when the tracking database is run on a node with other components (i.e. the database node) and when it is run on its own, stand-alone node.
