Deleted groups and projects remains in the "Frequently visited" lists

I made some reorganisations for my groups and projects. Groups and projects which have been deleted entirely are still listed in the "Frequently visited" list of the "Groups" and "Projects" menu.

It would be helpful when these entries are removed.

This behaviour is reproducible in GitLab EE 11.6 and earlier releases.
