Pre-saved Jira search query in GitLab project settings

Description

Currently when you click on the side navigation to go to Jira (see above), it shows all Jira issues in the Jira instance. Save a Jira search query in the GitLab settings, so that when you click on that link, that search filter is already used, so you see the Jira issues only you care about in Jira.

Problem to solve

Some customers use a single GitLab project to keep track of multiple projects. Each of these sub-projects has its own project in Jira. They would like the ability to map a single GitLab project to multiple projects in Jira (a "one to many" relationship).

Apparently this can be done using Jira filters. Our Jira integration would need to be able to support these Jira filters.
