  • Many people do not speak english
  • adjusting the messages is crucial for customer experience

Proposal

  • Define an Instance wide setting which allows to change the message template and subject
  • Define an group wide setting which allows to override the message template and subject
  • Maybe define an project wide setting which allows to override the message template and subject

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?

  • Atleast the instance wide template is available and can be freely configured
