Include issues in sub-epics when filtering by epic

Problem to solve

As a user of Epics,

I need to be able to be able to quickly pull a list of issues from a specific Epic,

So I can find the right issues with the right parameters, and not spend a ton of time opneing tabs, and context switching.

Intended users

  • Parker (Product Manager)
  • Delaney (Development Team Lead)
  • Sasha (Software Developer)
  • Presley (Product Designer)
  • Devon (DevOps Engineer)

Proposal

Enable users to filter an issue list by an epic:

  • From project issue list
  • From group issue list

We should also include the Epic Id in the csv export so that data is maintained.

Icon should be information-o Issue_List_hover

Note: this issue originally contained ability to filter by epics, not broken down. See details below.

#195704 (closed) allows for filtering by parent epic. This issue is for the next iteration, which is allowing of filtering by sub-epics.
