Clone link not shown on project page, when access proto is "Only SSH"

Summary

On my private docker installation, when you choose in Settings -> "Visibility and access controls" -> "Enabled Git access protocols" option "Only SSH", drop-down menu "clone" changes to button "SSH" on main project page and I cannot find link to clone my project. This become after upgrading to version 11.6.0-ee

Steps to reproduce

Install gitalab from docker image 11.6.0-ee

Go to Settings -> "Visibility and access controls" -> "Enabled Git access protocols", choose "Only SSH", go to any project and try to get download link.
