Enabling/Disabling comments when referencing commits or merge requests in JIRA

Just following up on the conversation we had, one thing we will really like to have regarding the JIRA integration is more options about the actual integration, for example options for:

• Enabling/Disabling comments when referencing commits
• Enabling/Disabling comments when referencing merge requests

Because currently those two options are always enabled when you enable the JIRA integration, what I'm basically trying to say is that having those as options would be nice to avoid the clutter in the comments section in JIRA.
