In this part, if we do like you're proposing, the information that says it's not available in Shared Runners is gone. I'd rather reword it to something like:
DANGER: [GitLab.com does not support Interactive Web Terminals yet](https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/52611). Shared Runners in private instances are not supported either. -
