Move "Toogle file browser button" to a more useful place

On a merge request changes tab we have the "Toggle file browser button" which hide/show the awesome
file browser in the left side. When reviewing a merge request i d like to toggle the file browser from any place in the page but for now it is not sticky and also it has the same icon to toggle the navigation type from tree to list which can be confusing.

Can we add the file browser toggle button to the bar itself or maybe stick it somewhere at the top of the screen?
