VersionEye - Display License information in Projects List view

Description
On this list of projects which have activated the feature in an account, we will display the Shield symbol (or whatever component the UX team chooses to represent this feature). The symbol will be either green or red, depending on its state.
Specifications
- Display the symbol next to each repository which have the feature activated
- A click on this symbol will lead to the latest check that has been done for this repository (a commit or a merge request).
