Existing user connect account for cas3

We had deployed cas3 service and everything is ok except the account connect btn. Our user need to login by cas before that user need connect, but user can't connect because they need login in web ui and go profile->setting->account. Can you give a solution such as providing api to connect user with cas or auto connect user when cas login success callback?
