Filter by group as assignee

You can filter by assignee in lots of places in GitLab. Lists and boards in particular.

Have the ability enter a group as a filter. And so it would be an implicit "OR" condition (&291).

I.e. suppose we have users: Victor, Winnie, and Sean, as part of a group called Tanuki.

When you filter on assignee: Tanuki, it would return all issues that have at least one of Victor, Winnie, Sean assigned.
