Wrong icon for fixed vulnerability in Container Scanning report

Container scanning is using a grey circle in lieu of the green tick for fixed vulnerabilities.

• Expand the Container Scanning report

What is the current bug behavior?

Grey circle, instead of a green tick.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Green tick.

Relevant logs and/or screenshots

(it was introduced at least in %11.4, maybe even %11.3).
