Merge find-sec-bugs analyzers

We currently have 3 different analyzers for respectively Java, Groovy, Gradle:

• https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/security-products/analyzers/find-sec-bugs-groovy
• https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/security-products/analyzers/find-sec-bugs-gradle
• https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/security-products/analyzers/find-sec-bugs-sbt

We should maintain only one analyzer since it's based on the same underlying tool (FindSecBugs).
