View issue button doesn't work in dashboard modal

Summary

Clicking the view issue button on the security dashbord modal doesn't work.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the security dashboard.
2. Create an issue from a vulnerability
3. Open the modal for that vulnerability
4. Click "View Issue" on that modal

It should take you to the linked issue

It's likely that the url is not passed to the modal correctly
