Use hand cursor (pointer) when hovering the vulnerability title on Group Security Dashboard

Summary

On the Group Security Dashboard the title of the vulnerability in the list is a link to open the modal. When hovering this text, the cursor should be a hand (pointer) instead of the select text one (text).

Steps to reproduce

Create an issue from a vulnerability displayed on the Group Security Dashboard (actually you can create it from anywhere, that would just be simpler) See the link to the issue displayed next to the vulnerability title.

What is the current bug behavior?

When hovering the vulnerability title we display the text cursor.

What is the expected correct behavior?

When hovering the vulnerability title we display the pointer cursor.
