Push mirroring does not work if username contains @ character

Open push mirroring and try to set it up if your username has format name@domain.com.

Before 11.2 (when mirroring interface improvements were shipped) it was possible to achieve that by putting following in the URL field:

name%40domain.com:password@bitbucket.org/repo.git

However, this stopped working with 11.2.
