Codequality doesn't work anymore

Seems like code quality doesn't work anymore because you forget to replace filename for >GitLab 11.3 like described here https://docs.gitlab.com/ee//ci/examples/code_quality.html

You still have codequality.json in our code instead of gl-code-quality-report.json
