Quick Action to link "related issue"

Presently to while commenting on an issue thread, there is only a button to add related issues.

(Include use cases, benefits, and/or goals)
to streamline work flow, I'd like to be able to link issues form comment fields where I'm already working. Like many developers, I'm allergic to computer mouse and or trackpad.

add /related #123 as a Quick Action

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?
When I'm in the Description or comment field of a issue and type /related I can follow it with a link or shortcut #123, and the related link would be added issue that's been commented upon.
