Batch Comments in MR: Multiple discussions shown on clicking 'submit review'

Summary

• When I start a discussion (on diff tab) of the MR, and add a comment and click on "Comment Now" - things are working fine.
• When I add a reply to an already existing discussion, and click on "Comment now" - works fine.
• When I add a reply to an already existing discussion, and click on "Start review" and later when I "Submit review", multiple "discussions" are shown. Please see this video for more clarity.

Seems more like a frontend issue - Works fine on refreshing the page.
