Remove epics list view

Let's get rid of the epics list view. It's redundant. I think it's product/design debt. We can include all information that currently resides on the epics list view in the roadmap view.

The open/closed/all tabs can probably be incorporated into the roadmap view. Or we can make the epic state a filter.
