Add OpenShift support to AutoDevOps

At the moment, AutoDevOps is not built for/validated to work with OpenShift. In areas where OpenShift is incompatible with Kubernetes (as https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/4584) this will cause issues for users of OpenShift.

This is a meta issue to track any needed fixes for OpenShift in order to achieve baseline support.
