Add LDAP group configuration changes to audit events

We should track configuration changes made to linked LDAP groups. We should include:

1. Newly created links, including LDAP server, CN changes, and access level
2. Removed group links

Implementation plan

Add audit events for the following items:

• New LDAP group links
• LDAP server name creation/changes
• CN creation/changes
• Access level
• Removed LDAP group links
