Add badges to audit events

Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

We should also track all project settings changes, including those made to Badges. These include:

• Adding, editing, removing a badge
  • Include both link and badge image URL

We should do this for both projects and groups.
