Display same hover data on issue board (when card selected) as when viewing a single issue

Problem to solve

As described by customer:

On issue boards the sidebar does not display a milestone's due date when hovering over the milestone in contrast to the sidebar displayed when viewing an individual issue.

On issue board cards we'd like to see the following information (ideally this would be configurable):

1. Tasks finished/total
2. due date
3. milestone (hover displays milestone due date like in issue list)
