Webhooks have incorrect full image URLs (in Mattermost)

Summary

First URL is from Mattermost (displayed in save as dialog), second URL - actual image path on server. Project group and project name are not added by webhook.

Steps to reproduce

Enable Mattermost webhooks, create group and project in this group, create issue with attached image.
