Geo support for Maven repositories

I see we execute log_geo_deleted_event after migrate in ee/app/uploaders/ee/object_storage.rb. This affects PackageFile model now when I try to make a migration for it. Do you know what I supposed to put in this log_geo_deleted_event method here?

I assume a PackageFile eventually also should be replicated by Geo? But AFAIK, we don't do already. So until we do, there is no need to tell the Geo secondary the PackageFile should be deleted from disk, so I'm OK at this point to keep this method empty. Shall we create a follow-up issue to make Geo support PackageFiles?
