Group/subgroup level wikis
Problem to solve
Delivering headless builds we often use multiple repositories for a project (frontend/backend) in this case we add them to a group/subgroup and therefore would really like to be able to add the client documentation in a group level wiki instead of at the project level.
Proposal
Allow for creation of wiki's at group level
What does success look like, and how can we measure that?
