Make "View full report" open in same tab

Currently, the View full report button in the reports section of the MR widget opens in a new tab. This is not needed since the link does not take the user outside the current context (the MR, the latest pipeline and its artifacts).

Proposal

• Make the View full report button on all reports to open in the same tab.
• Remove the external link icon from the button
