Cannot raise a support request

The support form here does not work: https://support.gitlab.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=426148

When you submit the recaptcha there is a form error preventing form submission.

Using chrome Version 69.0.3497.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)

As you use zendesk might be worth raising this with them.
