Issues to apply severity and priority for Manage

Here is a list of issues without severity and priority:

• Mirrored from URL should not contain (hidden) username:keypass in the URL to prevent URL from not being clickable ~"Manage", ~"bug", ~"devops:manage", ~"mirror", project
• No record is shown in Group Audit Events if a user is added to a group via API ~"Manage", api, ~"audit events", ~"bug", customer, ~"groups", ~"no-priority", ~"no-severity"
