Show billing frequency for GitLab.com users/groups in billing area
Problem to solve
We'll bill users on their subscription join_date for any users added over the amount they paid for their group. Eventually, we'll likely charge for any other fees for their group on this date like CI minutes and storage.
Currently, we don't show this date anywhere when we'll bill the user. It shouldn't be a surprise, and we should show the user when they might expect additional charges.
Proposal
In the billing area, show:
- How often we're automatically billing the user or group (e.g. monthly, never).
- Their next date we'll charge them for any additional charges (e.g. July 3, 2020).
