Epic events in activity feed and cycle analytics

• There's an activity feed in GitLab, which also shows up in the profile.
• Also, I think these same events show up in cycle analytics. (Not sure if it is separate events).
• We should bring epic events to these places, including opening events, closing them (in the future), comments, and other analogous events as issues and mrs.
