Geo: [Admin > Geo Nodes > Projects] Expanding the "More" section in Failed tab isn't working

Summary

When I try to click the "More" section to expand the block and look at the error message in a Failed tab in Admin > Geo Nodes > Projects, it's not expanding.

Steps to reproduce

To be able to see the error on the interface, you need to make the synchronization or verification fail. The simple way to do this is:

  1. Turn off the Geo primary node
  2. In a Geo secondary node, go to Admin > Geo Nodes > Projects, click at the Resync button and wait a little bit. (Because it will fail to reach the primary node, you will get the error message on the "Failed" tab)

  1. In a Geo secondary node, go to Admin > Geo Nodes > Projects
  2. Click in the "Failed" Tab
  3. Click in the "More" section to display a synchronization / verification failure
  4. Nothing will happen

What is the current bug behavior?

Clicking at the "More" section, doesn't expand, doesn't change the \/ to /\ as well.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Clicking at the "More" section, should expand it and display the content.

Possible fixes

Probably it's either lacking a change in the HTML in order to unobtrusive Javascript code to install the behavior, or it's missing to require a specific Javascript code.
