Operations Homepage - 2019 Vision Design

We need a mockup that we can use, which would represent a desired end state for GitLab to reach in 2019.

I've taken a shot at a rudimentary mockup, which includes key data we would want to convey: Screen_Shot_2018-09-10_at_10.51.13_PM

  • There would be a swimlane per project on the homepage
  • Data points
    • Current/Last master pipeline status: Did the last deployment succeed? What is the status of the current deploy?
    • Deployment: Are my pods healthy? What is the status of my canaries? Are there any alerts firing?
    • SLO's: What are the key metrics our organization has agreed to watch? Are we above our thresholds or below?
