Ability to have custom email templates when using the servicedesk option
Problem to solve
When you are using the servicedesk on GitLab.com there is no ability to customize the body of the emails. With this proposal people can have their own templates per project.

Currently it is possible to have issue templates, merge request templates etc.
It would be nice if we could also have a .gitlab/servicdesk_email_templates/<template-name> template for each existing servicedesk email that is send at the moment. Within these templates it would be nice that some pre-defines variables could be used in the template, such as issue links, issue numbers etc.
This way everybody can have custom emails for the servicedesk. Also it would be nice to have the ability to change the GitLab Support Bot sender email name to a own email name.
