Auxiliary file information should have its own section
Currently, on any given file/blob page, any auxiliary information is displayed below the commit message.
This information is in the context of the file and not the commit message and hence should be visually separated from the commit message.
Proposal
Move this information to a separate section as shown in the mockup below.
