Milestone order on Issue Board not persistent

Summary

The order of milestones in Issue Boards reverts when side is reloaded.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open an Issue Board with milestone lists.
  2. Drag the milestones around
  3. Reload page

What is the current bug behavior?

The order from step 2 should persist.

What is the expected correct behavior?

At step 3 the order of milestones has changed, to alphabetical I think.
