Issue references in epic system notes are not clickable
Summary
When an issue is added to an epic, a new system note is created—for example Winnie Hellmann @winh added issue gitlab-ce#50664 · 3 days ago. The issue reference is not clickable unlike in other system notes.
Steps to reproduce
- create an epic
- add an issue
- scroll down to system note
