Render closed epics with `(closed)` in GFM

When an epic is referenced in GFM, it should have (closed), similar to how issues are.

Example, the epic https://gitlab.com/groups/gitlab-org/-/epics/145, when closed, should be rendered as gitlab-org&145 (closed)
