• Create epic as high-level idea
• Use top-level planning with fixed dates and view in roadmap
• Break down into individual issues
• Weight issues
• Assign issues to individual milestones, using a board, and observing available capacity per milestone
• Use inherited dates, but also keep fixed dates, where fixed dates represent initial contracts/target dates
• View both fixed dates and inherited dates on roadmap, so you can see delays
