Edits made to comments in Epic are going missing

I'm trying to edit a comment in an epic (&174 (comment 94280894)), and I'm seeeing very strange behavior.

1. Edit comment, changes did not seem to do anything.
2. Edit comment again, this time changes seem to have taken affect.
3. Edit comment one more time, comment seems to have reverted back to the original version.
4. Refresh the page, comment still the original version.
