Ability to migrate upvotes across duplicate issues

One issue I've found with doing product management with GitLab is that often I have two highly upvoted issues that are duplicates of each other. There's no clear way as best I can tell to migrate the upvotes from one to the other when I mark one of them as duplicate. It would be great to have this feature so I don't lose track of popularity across issues.
