Weight Feature in Community Edition buggy in board view

Summary

In the community edition, weights on features are not supported. Nevertheless, the weight features can be entered on issues in the board view, but nothing happens.

Instead, when you click on "remove weight", the sum of weights on the respective list will become NaN.

Steps to reproduce

Create a new project with the free community edition and create an issue in the Backlog list. Then click on the issue and check out the weight field in the issue panel on the right side.

What is the current bug behavior?

When entering a weight, nothing happens. When clicking "remove weights", the some of weights will become NaN.

What is the expected correct behavior?

• Just like in the issue detail view, explain that the feature is locked in the community edition.
• Total weight in each column should also be hidden when the feature is not present.
