Include merge request approval in contribution analytics

Problem to solve

Currently, there is no analytics involving MR approval. In gitlab, approver of MR is not the submitter. Thus, the approver contribution should be counted on contribution analytics.

Calculate approver contribution, to be included in contributors KPI. Things to be included :

• who approves MR
• how long it takes to approve MR (maybe on cycle analytics too)

Proposal

Add a column for "Approved MRs" to Contribution Analytics:

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?

Can get members contribution for approval. E.g. during last 3 months, Alice contribution in MR approval is 32 times.
