Use OSS Review Toolkit for License Compliance
Problem to solve
We currently use license finder to provide License Compliance data. This is a good tool, but there is another one that could be able to provide even more information. We should evaluate if switching to it would add more value to our current offering, and if it would allow new features to be added to GitLab.
Proposal
Replace license finder with OSS Review Toolkit for License Compliance. We should aim to keep all the features as-is and just replace the source of the information.
What does success look like, and how can we measure that?
Increase of the License Compliance usage.
