HA documentation clarification

In our documentation for HA architecture, we recommend running Sentinel on different servers than those running Redis. However, in our Redis documentation we have an example where Redis and Sentinel are running on the same instance.

We should clarify what we recommend and remove the conflicting documentation.

Thoughts on what our recommendation should be?
