deps.sec.gitlab.com: report security advisory

Hi,

I wanted to report a security advisory for tomcat-embed-core on the deps.sec.gitlab.com site, here.

Unfortunately, the link just refers to deps.sec.gitlab.com, so it is impossible to report new advisories. Even after a login with my GitLab account it is not working :(

Recently, for Tomcat two CVEs were found:

• CVE-2018-8037
• CVE-2018-1336

So I would like to ask how often are updates done for the security database for gemnasium?
